Welcome to Tooterville Learning Center!

Tooterville Learning Center is located in Oakdale, Minnesota. We provide early child hood services to the St. Paul & Eastern Suburb area. Our goal is to nurture children, offering security, encouraging social development, and teaching responsibility. The staff at Tooterville believes in giving a child a head start in the world by bestowing emotional support, supplying intellectual stimulation, and championing creative development at an early age.

Tooterville understands that entrusting your child to someone can be a harrowing experience. Our staff is seasoned, warm, and supportive. We customize our care to meet your child’s needs and pay close attention to their behavioral changes and general health. We provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack for our toddlers and preschoolers and offer age appropriate curriculum throughout the day.
